Filipinos in Brunei Graduates from Livelihood Trainings by PH Embassy

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN 08 January 2018 —The Philippine Embassy in Brunei, through the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) and the Overseas Worker Welfare Administration Office (OWWA), held commencement exercises for the first batch of graduates of the Basic Computer Training Course and Basic Baking Course on 25 November 2018 at the Cosmopolitan College of Commerce & Technology Sdn Bhd, Airport Mall, Berakas.

Vice Consul Jaybee B. Arguillas congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to continuously learn and enhance their skills.

The Basic Computer Training Course as well as the Basic Baking Course is part of the Reintegration Program for OFWs of the Philippine Government. These programs intend to give additional livelihood skills to Filipinos in Brunei, especially to household service workers. END
