Secretary Locsin Meets with US National Security Advisor

PHOTO: Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. met with United States National Security Advisor Ambassador John Bolton on 04 January 2019 in Washington, D.C. to deepen Philippine-US ties and the role of the alliance in maintaining regional peace and stability in the Indo Pacific. 

This is the first time that Secretary Locsin met with Ambassador Bolton since he became the Philippines' top diplomat.

Secretary Locsin said the meeting was "vastly enlightening, frank, wide-ranging yet sharply focused on the key issues."  Ambassador to the United States Jose Manuel Romualdez accompanied the Secretary in the meeting. (Washington PE photo)
