PH Embassy in Riyadh Outreach Extends Over 1,100 Services in Dhahran

RIYADH 28 January 2019 — As part of its mandate to bring consular services to Filipinos under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its first consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 04-05 January 2019.   

A total of 468 e-Passport applications, one lost e-Passport application, 17 extension of passport validity, 10 reports of birth, 8 authentication, and 206 notarial services were processed, while 391 new e-Passports were released.

The Embassy Consular Team was headed by Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Adnan V. Alonto, together with Third Secretary and Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera, Mr. Ernie A. Saaavedra, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr., Mr. Virgilio U. Nazareno, Jr., Ms. Faridah M. Bayabao-Altao and Angel Custer M. Enriquez.

The Embassy also sent an Assistance to Nationals contingent which was composed of Mr. Faisal Richard Tamano and Ms. Faidah B. Haris. END
