PH Consul General Conveys New Year’s Greetings to Alberta Lt.Gov

The traditional event is hosted annually by the Lieutenant Governor for the Consular Corps and ranking provincial and federal government officials.

During the New Year’s Day call, Consul General Asuque reiterated the close cooperation between the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary and the Provincial Government of Alberta in promoting common interests—especially on the welfare of the over 175,000 Filipinos in the province, including some 75,000 Filipinos in Calgary.
