PH Embassy in Warsaw Holds First Post Arrival Seminar for OFWs

PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw held its first Post Arrival Orientation Seminar for newly arrived overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and employees of Ervigo s.p. zo.o. on 27 January 2019.

Charge d’ Affaires Maria Alnee Gamble welcomed the newly arrived OFWs and shared her insights on the working environment in Poland for foreign migrant workers.

Embassy personnel presented participants with a practical guide to living and working in Poland and provided information on the Embassy’s services.

Labor Attaché Maria Corina Buñag of Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO)-Milan discussed the services of Philippine Overseas Employment Administration and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration for OFWs.

This seminar was the first joint Filipino community activity between the Embassy and POLO Milan. (Warsaw PE photos)
