23 January 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to South Africa Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, together with the officers and staff and their families commemorated the 117th anniversary of the martyrdom of Dr. Jose P. Rizal with a flag- raising and a simple ceremony in the morning of December 30, 2013 at the Philippine Embassy. END
