23 January 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to Turkey Maria Rowena Mendoza Sanchez administered the oath of office to Mr. Ender Yorgancilar as Philippine Honorary Consul General in Izmir, on January 16 at the Philippine Embassy in Ankara, in the presence of Embassy officials.

Mr. Yorgancilar’s first appointment as Honorary Consul was on July 18, 2007 with jurisdictions over the cities of Aydin, Usak, Denizil, Manisa, Mugla, Kutayha, Kusadasi, Cesme and Foca of the Aegean Region in Turkey. END
