The consular team, led by Consul General Edgar Badajos, processed 780 passport applications, 166 requests for notarial and authentication services, and 194 other services including certifications and passport validity extensions.
Representatives from the Philippine Overseas Labor Office, Office of the Social Welfare Attaché, Pag-IBIG Fund, and Social Security System also joined the consular mission to offer their respective services. Social Welfare Attaché Priscilla Razon interviewed Saudi employers and their Filipino household service workers to check whether the latter are receiving their rightful entitlements under Saudi labor laws.
