Riyadh consular on wheels1

28 January 2014 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh conducted its third (3rd) mobile consular services or Embassy on Wheels (EOW) for 2014 (passport services only) at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam on January 24 to 25.

The five-member Embassy team was led by Vice Consul Maria Angelica C. Genotiva, and assisted by the Filipino community in Al Khobar. 

Hundreds of Filipinos availed of the 2-day EOW, and 705 Filipinos claimed their passports. 

The team provided 519 passport renewal services and 1 lost passport application, extended 43 passports, provided 2 notarial and TD services and registered 13 births.

A total of1,283 services were provided during the 2-day EOW in Al Khobar, including those who claimed their passports.

The Filipinos who were able to avail themselves of consular services also accomplished 252 client feedback forms, out of 584 forms distributed.

The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service. The following were the results of the survey:
