PH Consulate General in Dubai Conducts Special Consular Day in Ras Al-Khaimah
PHOTO: As part of its mandate to provide consular services to Filipinos under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai conducted a special consular day for Filipinos based in the Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah on 01 March 2019.
Aside from passport and notarial services, applicants were also able to avail themselves of the services of attached agencies such as Philippine Overseas Labor Office, Overseas Worker Welfare Administration (OWWA), Social Security System (SSS), and Pag-IBIG.
A total of 718 services were rendered during the special consular day including 183 passport renewals and amendments, 23 notarization of legal documents, 25 passports released, 48 contract verifications, 48 overseas employment certificate issuances, 110 OWWA memberships, 90 Pag-IBIG services, and 191 SSS services.
The Consulate General conducts monthly consular missions for Filipinos residing in Ras Al Khaimah, which is more than 100 kilometers away from Dubai. (Dubai PCG photos)
