PH Ambassador to Myanmar Welcomes UNDSS Security Adviser

PHOTO: Ambassador to Myanmar Eduardo E. Kapunan Jr. received United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) Myanmar Security Adviser Colonel Rudy Luis Juanito in an introductory call on at the Philippine Embassy in Yangon on 03 March 2019.

Ambassador Kapunan warmly welcomed Colonel Juanito to Myanmar and shared his experiences since assuming his assignment as Ambassador to Myanmar. The two also reminisced their time at the Philippine Military Academy.

Before assuming his post in Myanmar, Colonel Juanito was Deputy Security Chief Adviser of UNDSS in Yemen where he was assigned since 2015. Prior to Yemen, he had also served the UN in various capacities in Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam and Afghanistan. (Yangon PE photo)
