PH, Malaysian Consuls General to Jeddah Strengthen Ties

PHOTO: Consul General Edgar B. Badajos received newly-assigned Malaysian Consul General Alauddin Bin Mohd Nor at the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah on 10 March 2019.

The two diplomats exchanged views on their respective Consulates General’s responsibilities, and some concerns they are currently facing relative to their respective national interests in the western region of Saudi Arabia.

The meeting ended with a further invitation from Consul General Badajos to his Malaysian counterpart to future events not only to further strengthen relations between the Philippines and Malaysia but also with the other ASEAN and Asian consular missions in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia. (Jeddah PCG photo)
