13 February 2014 - On February 7, Philippine Permanent Representative to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Geneva, Ambassador Cecilia B. Rebong  called on International Labor Organization (ILO) Director General Guy Ryder to thank the ILO for its continuing support to the Philippine government through the Decent Work country programs, and most recently, through the emergency employment, skills development and livelihood restoration assistance in devastated areas in the wake of Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) and other natural disasters that hit the country.
