Riyadh Embassy on wheels14 February 2014 - A total of 1,948 new electronic passports (e-Passports) were released to their respective applicants during the “Embassy on Wheels” mobile consular activity in Al-Khobar from February 07 to 08. In addition, 308 notarial services were rendered by the Embassy consular team during the two-day event.

They were also able to process 503 applications for passport renewals, 64 applications for passport extensions, 11 Reports of Birth (ROB), and six applications for replacement of lost passport.

 The Embassy’s consular team is scheduled to conduct its second “Embassy on Wheels” in Al-Khobar for this month from February 21 to 22, also at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.

The Filipinos who were able to avail themselves of consular services during the EOW accomplished 224 Client Feedback forms, out of 500 forms distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service.  The following were the results of the survey:
