PH Embassy in Moscow Conducts First-ever Consular Outreach to Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK 04 April 2019 — For the first time, the Philippine Embassy in Moscow conducted a consular outreach to Vladivostok, Russia at Hotel Avanta on 31 March 2019.

The Embassy team is composed of Third Secretary and Vice Consul Mary Grace Perpetua, Eden Laforteza-Salting, and Cherry Narvaez.

The team registered 24 Filipinos, renewed 10 passports, authenticated two employment contracts, rendered five notarials and three SPAs, and served five clients for assistance-to-nationals consultations.

Filipino community members expressed their appreciation for the Embassy’s efforts to travel all the way from Moscow to provide their consular needs.

The consular outreach is in line with the Embassy’s commitment to bring consular services to Filipinos located in far-flung areas across Russia. END
