20 February 2014 - Dr. Bosengkham Vongdara, Lao Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism (center), received Philippine Ambassador to Laos Maria Lumen B. Isleta (left) last February 14 to discuss Philippines-Laos cooperation in the area of culture and tourism.  Present during the call were Mr. Bounleuane Boupha (rightmost), Director General of International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism and Embassy’s Vice Consul Analyn D.
