PH Embassy in Lebanon Boosts Fitness, Wellness Thru Zumba

PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Beirut organized a community zumba dance at Hooligan’s Sports Complex, Sin El Fil on 31 March 2019. Dubbed Zumayaw, Zumigla at Zumexy, the community dance was led by Ambassador to Lebanon Bernardita L. Catalla and participated in by more than 100 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).

The activity starts the Embassy’s fitness and wellness program of for Filipino migrants in Lebanon. In recent months, the Embassy's Assistance to Nationals Section received and attended to an increasing number of OFWs with medical issues due to poor health maintenance. (Beirut PE photo)
