PH Consulate General in Macau Conducts Final VCM Sealing, Testing for 2019 Elections

 The Philippine Consulate General in Macau conducted the final testing and sealing (FTS) of Vote Counting Machine (VCM) on 06 April 2019. The FTS tests the accuracy of the VCM and ensures that it functions properly during the overseas voting for the 2019 Senatorial and Party List Elections, which will start on 13 April 2019.
