PH Embassy in Rome Conducts Consular Outreach in Florence

PHOTO: As part of its mandate to bring consular services closer to Filipinos under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Embassy in Rome held a Consular Outreach in Florence in Tuscany region, where approximately 12,315 Filipinos reside on 13-14 April 2019.

Partner agencies – the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), and Social Security System (SSS) - also catered to their respective clients.

A total of 746 services were rendered which includes 304 Passport applications, 24 Civil Registry, eight affidavit, two certification, 19 dual citizenship oath-taking, two dual citizenship application, 53 POLO services, 169 OWWA services, and 165 SSS services. The Philippine Consulate General in Florence, led by Honorary Consul General Fabio Fanfani, provided support through notarial services. (Rome PE photo)
