PH Embassy in Athens Starts Postal Voting for Overseas Elections
PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Athens started feeding the first set of postal ballots it received into the vote counting machines (VCM) on 23 April 2019. The first set of postal ballots were from nine overseas Filipinos in Cyprus, who are all female. The Embassy’s Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group (SBRCG) turns over to the Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI) the postal ballots for the first precinct for feeding into the VCM. The Embassy employs two modes of voting—personal voting for Greece and postal voting for Cyprus. (Athens PE photo)
