PH Reserve Officers Training Corps Visit Guam

A 20-member delegation from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) led by Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Arthur Balunes of the Philippine Air Force (seated second from right) calls on Consul General to Agana Marciano R. de Borja (seated second from left), at the Philippine Consulate General in Agana on 08 April 2019.

The delegation, composed of four officers and 16 ROTC cadets, was accompanied during the call by State Partnership Program Coordinator of the Guam National Guard (GUNG) Major Melvin B. Pilarca. The delegation is participating in the Guam-Philippines State Partnership Program-Armed Forces of the Philippines (SPP-AFP) ROTC Cultural Understanding and Language Program (CULP) Exchange from 08 to 14 April 2019 in Guam.
