PH Consulate General in San Francisco Conducts Feeding of Ballots to VCMs

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco’s Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEIs) conducts feeding of ballots to the vote counting machines (VCMs) on 15 April 2019 at the Philippine Center in San Francisco.

 SBEI Chairperson Consul Vanessa Bago-Llona feeds an accomplished ballot to VCM, a total of 607 ballots were validly counted by VCM, and two were considered invalid or “misread” by VCM because of paper seals mounted on the ballots. (San Francisco PCG photo)

SBEI Team waits for the Vote Counting Machine to finish printing the Initialization Report. The Consulate General, which has 59,315 registered overseas voters, including seafarers, wishes to remind the voters to follow the instructions/guide to voting, which are part of the election materials mailed to them, in order for their votes to be considered valid by the VCMs. (San Francisco PCG photo)
