PH Embassy in Riyadh Outreach Extends Consular Services in Hofuf, Dhahran

RIYADH 06 May 2019 — As part of its mandate to provide consular services to Filipinos under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 19th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Hofuf Hotel in Al Ahsa, Hofuf and its 20th consular outreach mission at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran 26- 27 April 2019.
A total of 340 e-Passport applications, nine Extension of Passport Validity, five Reports of Birth and 59 Notarial services were processed and 26 new e-Passports were released in Hofuf.
The consular team in Hofuf was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez as team leader, Ernie A. Saavedra, Vivian M. Bajarin-Laurel, Maria Luisa P. Collado, Joie Earnestine O. Santonia, Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Edgar V. Dizon. Nasrodin M. Usudan was sent to represent its Assistance to Nationals Section.
Meanwhile, a total of 385 e-Passport applications, 45 Extension of Passport Validity, 2 Lost Passport, 11 Reports of Birth, 42 Authentication and 187 Notarial services were processed and 645 new e-Passports were released in Dharan
The consular team in Dharan was composed of Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera as team leader, Jose Rico R. Laurel, Virgilio U. Nazareno, Jr., Lito M. Relucio, Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. and Roger J. Bunao. Mr. Rene D. Salazar and Faidah B. Haris was also sent to represent its Assistance to Nationals Section.
The next consular outreach mission in will be at Golden Tulip Hotel Corniche in Dammam from 17 to 22 June 2019. END
