PH Embassy Chairs ASEAN Committee in Abu Dhabi Meeting with UAE Minister of State

PHOTO: Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Hjayceelyn M. Quintana chaired the regular meeting of the Association for Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Committee in Abu Dhabi (ACAD) on 23 April 2019 with UAE Minister of State Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh as special guest.

Minister Al Sayegh noted the good relations of UAE with Southeast Asia, and thanked the countries’ contributions to the economy and prosperity of the UAE.

The meeting was held at the Singapore Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The Philippines is the Chairperson of ACAD from January to June 2019.
