PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Moscow conducted mobile voting and consultations on consular and assistance-to-nationals (ATN) matters in Armenia on 28 April 2019 at the office of the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Yerevan.

Embassy personnel hand-carried election ballots to registered voters in Armenia and conducted a dialogue with the Filipino community on consular and ATN matters.

A total of 35 Filipinos came to the outreach—19 of them claimed and accomplished their ballots on-site and turned them over to the Embassy team, while 16 Filipinos sought advice on consular and ATN issues.

Filipino community members thanked the Embassy team and expressed hope that the Embassy will conduct another outreach in the latter part of the year.

The Embassy outreach team was composed of Third Secretary and Vice Consul and Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI) Chair Mary Grace Perpetua and Third Secretary and Vice Consul and Special Ballot and Reception Custody Group (SBRCG) Chair Anna Marie Mae Guerra. They were assisted by Philippine Honorary Consul General Albert Taroyan and Ms. Sona Hovhannisyan. (Moscow PE photo)
