PH Embassy in Ottawa Joins Community for Asian Heritage Month 2019

PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa joined the Ottawa-Gatineau community in celebrating Asian Heritage Month on 04 May 2019, at the “Experience Asia 2019” Festival held at the Maison du Citoyen (Citizens’ House) of Gatineau City Hall.

Together with representatives from different diplomatic missions in Ottawa and local community organizations, the Embassy set up an exhibit featuring Philippine handicrafts, textiles, and tourism destinations. Samples of traditional “pancit bihon” were also given away to festival attendees.
