The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago welcomes Immigrant Assistance Program Coordinator and Government and Community Relations Officer Nettie Lasko as guest speaker during the oath-taking ceremony of 25 former Filipinos, whose petitions for the Retention/Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship were approved.
