PH Consulate General in Frankfurt Holds First Solemnization of Marriage Since Re-Opening

PHOTO: The Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt held its first solemnization of marriage on 28 May 2019 after its re-opening in 2018.  Arbien Briones tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Kris Ann Casumpang in a ceremony officiated by Consul Rogelio Villanueva, Jr., and attended by the couple’s relatives.
