Consul General Calls on New Milan Chief of Police

 Milan Chief of Police

PHOTO: Consul General to Milan Irene Susan B. Natividad called on the new Milan Chief of Police, referred to also as Questore, Dr. Sergio Bracco, at his office in Via Fatebenefratelli on 20 May 2019.

Dr. Bracco heads the Questura of Milan, the agency in charge of public order and security as well as control and management of migrants in the city. He spent 25 years in Bologna until 2016 when he moved to Genova. He assumed his position in Milan in March this year replacing erstwhile Questore Dr. Riccardo Cardona.

The call on Dr. Bracco built on an existing collaboration between the Consulate and the Questura that Consul General Natividad helped nurture with Dr. Bracco’s predecessors to assist the estimated 50,000 Filipinos in Milan.
