PH Legislative Staff Hold Benchmarking Study Mission in Japan

Philippine Ambassador to Japan Jose C. Laurel V (middle, in suit and red tie) welcomed the delegation from the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives who are on a study mission in Tokyo as part of the Development Academy of the Philippines’ (DAP) program on Capacity Building on Innovative Leadership for Legislative Staff (CBILLS). 

The 35-member delegation was led by Congresswoman and incoming Vice Governor of Compostella Valley Maria Carmen Zamora,  DAP Senior Vice President for Programs Magdalena L. Mendoza and Director Raquel Laude of the Senate of the Philippines.
