PH Embassy in Riyadh, Consulate General in Jeddah Welcome First Batch of Filipino-Muslim Hajj Pilgrims

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh and the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah, led by Ambassador Adnan V. Alonto (ninth from left) and Consul General Edgar B. Badajos (tenth from left), respectively, welcomed the first batch of Filipino- Muslims who will perform the Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) this year.

To ensure that the pilgrims’ stay in the Kingdom is smooth and orderly, the Embassy and Consulate have deployed teams to ensure that necessary assistance is provided to them, in coordination with representatives from the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF).
