21 March 2014 - The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco conducted successive one-day outreach missions in Sacramento and Milpitas from March 15 to 16.
The annual outreach mission in Sacramento held at the Filipino American Veterans Memorial Hall, was again realized in cooperation with various volunteer organizations and community leaders led by Bayanihan of Sacramento, Philippine Fiesta Newspaper and Magazine, the Filipino Community of Sacramento and Vicinity, Magellan Post 604, and Maharlika Lions Club.
The eight-member outreach mission team headed by Consul Reginald Bernabe extended various consular services such as passport renewals, notarials and legalizations, civil registry, and dual citizenship.
The outreach missions to Sacramento and Milpitas are the 6th and 7th outreach missions of the Philippine Consulate’s planned 39 outreach missions for this year as part of its continuing endeavors to reach out and extend services to the community under its ten-state jurisdiction.
The Consulate General reiterates its appreciation to its various partner community organizations, and volunteers for the invaluable support that they contributed to the Consulate General’s various consular missions.
