PH Consulate General in LA Receives Representative Biazon

LOS ANGELES 06 August 2019 — Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles Acting Head of Post Ambrosio Brian F. Enciso III received Congressman Rozzano Rufino B. Biazon on 17 July 2019.

The Acting Head of Post is joind by Consul Rea G. Oreta, Vice Consul Rainier J. Casis, Cultural Officer Dolor C. Sales, and Assistance-to-Nationals Officer Judelyn Cuaresma.

During the call, Consulate General representatives and Congressman Biazon discussed the ongoing U.S.-wide crackdown of illegal immigrants by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a comparative assessment of the public transportation system in the Philippines and Southern California, as well as Post’s efforts to transfer its premises to a better location.

Congressman Biazon is now on his second term as the representative of the lone congressional district of Muntinlupa City, having won the recently conducted midterm elections. END
