Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu Conducts Mobile Consular Outreach in Kona

KONA 09 August 2019 – As part of its mandate to provide consular servies to Filipinos under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu conducted a consular outreach mission in Kona at the Kealakehe High School library on 27-28 July 2019.
The consular outreach team headed by Deputy Consul General Angelica C. Escalona was able to process 112 passport applications, administered ten oaths for the reacquisition of Philippine citizenship, notarized 14 documents, and processed three civil registry reports.
This was the second consular outreach in Kona for 2019, and the fourth consular outreach conducted by the Consulate General this year in areas under its jurisdiction.
The consular outreach was made possible with the assistance of the Kona Visayan Club’s Jane Clement and the County of Hawaii. END
