PH Embassy in Seoul Conducts Consular Outreach in Busan

SEOUL 19 August 2019 – As part of its mandate to provide consular services to Filipino under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Embassy in South Korea conducted its two-day consular outreach mission at the Solidarity with Migrants office in downtown Busan on 26 and 27 July. It was the fourth consular outreach undertaken by the Embassy this year.

The six-member consular outreach team was led by the Third Secretary and Vice Consul Ella Karina R. Mitra and was assisted by the Filipino Community Center (FCC) staff and FCC chairman Danny Guerra.

The consular team rendered a total of 374 services, which includes passport applications, civil registration, notarials, travel documents, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearances, and certifications during the two-day outreach.  END
