PH Consulate General in LA Conducts Consular Outreach in San Diego

LOS ANGELES 20 August 2019 — As part of its mandate to provide consular services to Filipinos under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles conducted a consular outreach mission in San Diego, California from 27 to 28 July 2019.
A total of 127 consular services were rendered during the consular outreach mission, which include 100 passport applications, one passport extension, 18 dual citizenship applications, two legalization of documents and six civil registration.
The Consulate General’s consular outreach team was led by Vice Consul Rainier J. Casis together with Linda Cadiang, Aurea S. Bahjin, Jonathan Heartchie M. Tamayo, Fernan M. Balicoco, Mary Grace D. Leaño, and Edgardo Lim.
The consular mission was in collaboration with the Council of Philippine American Organizations (COPAO) headed by Joe Mazares.
The Consulate General conducts regular consular outreach missions in San Diego at least twice a year to provide consular services to more than 158,000 Filipinos and Filipino-Americans in San Diego County and nearby counties in Southern California. This is the Consulate General’s seventh outreach mission for 2019. END
