PH Consulate General in Houston Conducts Consular Outreach Mission in McAllen

The Philippine Consulate General in Houston conducted its first consular outreach mission in McAllen, Texas on 13 July 2019. McAllen is part of the McAllen-Edinburg-Mission Metropolitan Area located in the southernmost part of Texas along the border with Mexico.  The area is home to some 4,904 Filipinos. The consular outreach mission, led by Vice Consul Marco AFL Lopez, was conducted in cooperation with the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce Texas – Rio Grande Valley Chapter (PACC-RGV), a local chapter of the PACC-Texas, a Texas-based Filipino non-government organization.
