25 March 2014 – The Philippines joined Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the international community in the annual multicultural event of the Human Rights Council (HRC) on March 7 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.

The multicultural event, with this year’s theme “Many Cultures, One World,” which is organized by cross-regional groups of HRC experts, aims to showcase various cultures and foster and strengthen camaraderie among representatives of the Permanent Missions to the United Nations at the HRC in Geneva.
