PH Ambassador Attends Opening of OTOP Silapacheep 2019

BANGKOK 15 August 2019 — Ambassador to Thailand Mary Jo A. Bernardo-Aragon attended the opening ceremony of the One Tambon One Product (OTOP) Silapacheep 2019 in IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center on 11 August 2019.

Organized by the Community Development Department of Thailand, the OTOP Silapacheep 2019 honors Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s, the Queen Mother, work and relentless contribution to providing alternative livelihood for the people, and to increasing the marketing channels for potential OTOP producers/entrepreneurs.

The fair showcased around 2,800 producers, including local and international producers of traditional textiles. END
