CMSC 19-1 Fellows from PH Call On PH Consul General in Honolulu

The CMSC 19-1 fellows include Philippine Coast Guard Captain Genito Basilio (second from left), Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Lieutenant Colonel Greg Rico Togonon (third from right), PNP Police Major Mirayla Lenoa (second from right), Philippine Navy Lieutenant Commander Michael Lagula (leftmost), and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources’ Mildred Bauzon (rightmost).
Also present at the call were Deputy Consul General Angelica C. Escalona, AFP Liaison Officer to the United States Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Colonel Joseph P. Archog and Assistant AFP Liaison Officer Lieutenant Colonel Vince James DG Bantilan.
The CMSC is a four-week course, from 01 to 28 August 2019, designed to advance the knowledge, skills, and networks of maritime policy security advisors and practitioners from the Indo-Pacific region. (Honolulu PCG photo)
