PHOTO: To discuss promotion of real estate in the Philippines to foreign property investors, retirees, and overseas Filipinos, representatives from Ayala Land, one of the Philippines’ top property developers, called on Consul General to Honolulu Joselito A. Jimeno (center) at the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu on 02 August 2019.

Real estate is one of the potential areas for investment in the Philippines. With the economy growing by an average of 6.5 percent, property values have been steadily increasing owing to increased demand for office and residential spaces in the Metropolis and surrounding areas.

Consulate General Vice Consul and Economic Officer Andrea Christina Q. Caymo joined the Sales Event of Ayala Land on 03 August 2019 at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. An Economic Briefing about the Philippines with the hopes that more investors will be interested to invest not only in properties, but in other business opportunities in the Philippines was dicussed.

The Consulate General, together with the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii (FCCH), will conduct a Trade Mission to the Philippines on 14-22 October 2019. (Honolulu PCG photo)
