Potato Corner Opens First Branch in Myanmar

YANGON 12 September 2019 – The Philippine Embassy in Yangon, led by Ambassador Eduardo E. Kapunan Jr., joined the grand opening of the first Potato Corner branch in Myanmar at Junction Square on 07 September 2019.
Ambassador Kapunan, Myanmar franchisor William Xu and representatives from Potato Corner Philippines officially opened the store before dozens of Myanmar nationals and Filipinos. Potato Corner gave free French fries to the first 100 customers.
Potato Corner representatives said that they are planning to open two more branches in Myanmar within the year. END
