PH Ambassador Attends Mabuhay Philippines Festival Gala Night in Toronto
Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia (left) flew in from Ottawa to attend the 21st Mabuhay Philippines Festival Gala Night hosted by the Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDC) at the Toronto Sheraton Centre Hotel on 22 August 2019 to celebrate Philippine heritage and culture in Canada.
The Gala was the kick-off to the Mabuhay Philippines Festival, which took place on 24-25 August 2019 at the Nathan Phillips Square. The Mabuhay Festival featured cultural performances and a fashion show, and gathered a variety of vendors of Filipino food, products and services at the Square. (Toronto PCG photo)
