PH Consulate General in Toronto Holds Consular Outreach in Winnipeg

PHOTO: A total of 469 consular services were rendered during the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto’s sixth consular outreach in Winnipeg City, Manitoba from 14-16 September 2019. The seven-member consular team was led by Consul Edwin Gil Mendoza, which processed 223 passport applications, 170 notarial services, and 44 dual citizenship applications, including those of dependent children.
