PH Consul General Attends Dinner-Dance Event in Chicago

CHICAGO 08 October 2019 — Consul General to Chicago Gina A. Jamoralin attended the “Evening of Elegance VII” dinner-dance event organized by the Joy Dance Club of Chicago at the Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling, Ilinois on 06 September 2019.

The event, which is the seventh to be organized by the club under the leadership of its President Malou Tabo, showcased the skills of its members on the dance floor who also performed choreographed numbers for the guests’ enjoyment.

In her remarks, Consul General Jamoralin thanked the club for its continuing support to the projects and activities of the Consulate General including the first ever “Paskuhan sa Chicago” in 2018 and the Consulate General’s Saturday consular outreach missions held in Seafood City in the past years.

Consul General Jamoralin was accompanied by Everett Icao, one of the Filipino-American  participant to the 2019 Midwest Youth Leaders Immersion Program I (YOU-LEAD 1) representing the Philippine-American Cultural Foundation (PACF) of Illinois. END
