PH Embassy Athens Conducts Consular Outreach in Thessaloniki

ATHENS 17 October 2019 — The Philippine Embassy in Athens returned to Thessaloniki to conduct a consular outreach mission for Filipinos in northern Greece on 06 October 2019.
The consular outreach team was led by Embassy First Secretary and Consul Judy Barbara G. Robianes, and also included Labor Attaché Melchor B. Dizon, and Pag-IBIG Representative Jean V. Santos.
The team processed passport renewal applications, verifications of work contracts, renewal of Overseas Workers Welfare Administration membership, and applications for updating Pag-IBIG contributions.
The mission was conducted with the support and cooperation of the Philippine Honorary Consul in Thessaloniki Mr. Nikolaos Margaropoulos, the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), Pag-IBIG Representative Office in Athens, and the Filipino Community in Thessaloniki.
The consular outreach mission was capped with a meeting between the Embassy officials, Honorary Consul in Thessaloniki Nikolaos Margaropoulos, and the Filipino community in Thessaloniki. END
