JEDDAH 18 October 2019 — The Consulate General in Jeddah, led by Consul General Edgar B. Badajos, launched the “Mobile Forum on Philippine Reintegration” at the Consular Mobile Services (CMS) mission in the Asir Region of Saudi Arabia held from 26 to 27 September 2019.

The mobile forum is the latest project of the Consulate General for Filipinos located outside of Jeddah but within its area of jurisdiction in the Western Region. It aims to educate the Filipinos located in those areas about the reintegration programs of the Philippine government. Audio-visual lectures by representatives of Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG, and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) were played for the Consulate’s clients while waiting for their turn to served.

The Consulate will likewise bring the mobile forum in its succeeding consular missions to other key cities in the Western Region namely, Tabuk, Taif, Yanbu, Jizan, and Najran. END
