PH Embassy in Ankara Celebrates 2019 ASEAN Family Day

PHOTO: More than 150 personnel and family members from the resident diplomatic missions of ASEAN Member States in Ankara participated in the annual ASEAN Family Day on 14 October 2019 held at the Kosk Restaurant in Golbasi, Ankara. 

Organized by the ASEAN Ankara Committee (AAC) composed of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam and with current Chair, Bruneian Ambassador to Turkey Md Shafiee Kassim, participants were mixed into teams representing the ASEAN colors (red, blue, white and yellow) for the annual family day celebration to foster greater solidarity and unity among the AAC members and their families. Other games and open karaoke singing were held.
