Ms. Kaefer, who served as the resource person, handles the implementation of the global drive against trafficking of persons in Brasilia.
The lecture aimed to provide the Filipino community a working knowledge about labor regulations for migrant workers in Brazil and the laws against human trafficking. It was livestreamed to give the other members who reside outside Brasilia the opportunity to watch the lecture. (Brasilia PE photo)
