PH Consulate General in Houston Extends Consular Outreach Mission to Arkansas

HOUSTON 14 October 2019 — The Philippine Consulate General in Houston, in cooperation with the Arkansas Philippine Association (APA), extended its consular outreach mission to Little Rock, Arkansas as part of its efforts to bring government services closer to Filipinos in its jurisdiction on 28 September 2019.

The consular outreach team was led by Consul Gilbert Segarra, Edgardo Esteban, Nadjefah Mangondaya, Elisea Garcia-Sarion, Ruleen Javier-Vibar, and Mr. Jesus Franzuela. They were able to render 155 consular services which includes 100 passport services, 12 notarial services, five birth registrations, 37 principal dual citizenship and one derivative.

Consul Gilbert Segarra expressed his regards to APA officers and members and to City Director of the Little Rock Joan Adcock, and the Southwest Community Center staff for excellently facilitating the outreach. END
